Not sure if we should adjust pivot hinge, or remove/adjust the rubber on the bottom of the door, or re-do the timber floor. Jammed part is particularly linked to the bottom right side of the door if we’re facing outside.

need a carpenter or handy man to screw down floor sheets (with carpet over)to timber joists where there are squeaks. this can be done through the carpet by breaking off the top of the scoured screws. (see this on utube) I have approx 50 of these special screws you will need a very good -sensitive stud/joist finder.
