Find an experienced flooring expert in Black Rock VIC

I’m looking for an experienced decking carpenter/builder to supply and install a 5m x 3m deck in my backyard, as shown in the attached photos. Scope of work * Build a 5m x 3m deck in the existing paved area. * Deck is to be level with the house floor/door threshold, creating a flush transition from inside to the new deck. * The deck will be constructed over the existing brick paving. * Include all required foundations, framing, bearers/joists, supports and fixings necessary for a structurally sound installation. * Trees and existing vegetation will be removed before the deck installation, so this does not need to be included in the quote. * Supply and install all materials, including timber/decking, substructure, fixings and any required supports. * Finish the deck neatly around the existing house, doors and garden boundaries. * Please allow for appropriate drainage/ventilation beneath the deck where required. Decking material Please recommend the most suitable low-maintenance decking timber/material for this location. I’m particularly interested in a good-quality option that: * Requires minimal ongoing maintenance * Handles Melbourne weather well * Has good durability/longevity * Looks appropriate with the existing red brick house Please provide pricing for your recommended option, and if relevant, an alternative such as treated pine, hardwood or composite decking. Quote Please provide an all-inclusive quote, including: * All decking materials * Structural framing/foundation * Labour * Fixings * Delivery * Installation * Finishing/sealing/oiling if required * Removal of any installation waste Area: approximately 5m x 3m (15m²) I’m looking for someone experienced in residential decking who can inspect the site and confirm the appropriate foundation/substructure given the existing brick paving and required finished height.
