I have a flat in St Kilda East to be sold and I would like to put a hybrid floor in the Lounge room/Kitchen which is one room of 3x7m (minus the kitchen cabinets which is approx. 1.5 sqm). The floor is concrete. There is carpet at the moment and tiles in the kitchen which I should be able to remove myself and dispose of. I am thinking to buy the the flooring from Fowles Auction and scotia as per needed (Skirting boar are not to be removed).
