I have purchased decorative moulding so be installed in the following rooms: - 2 x bedrooms - 1 x hallway - entryway - lounge room - small part of kitchen Second floor apartment. Walls are rendered brick. Old skirting has been removed. I have 24 lengths of 5.4m of skirting on-site in my garage. I have power available with a long extension lead for tools. I have a flat in St Kilda East to be sold and I would like to put a hybrid floor in the Lounge room/Kitchen which is one room of 3x7m (minus the kitchen cabinets which is approx. 1.5 sqm). The floor is concrete. There is carpet at the moment and tiles in the kitchen which I should be able to remove myself and dispose of. I am thinking to buy the the flooring from Fowles Auction and scotia as per needed (Skirting boar are not to be removed). Probably to be done at the end of coming week (new kitchen to be installed at beginning of the week). I am looking to see the feasibility of doing this (so how much you would charge) and how much to buy (5% or 10% wastage?)
