Shower Regrouting & Resealing – Moisture Issue Looking for an experienced shower/bathroom specialist to repair and reseal my shower. A building inspection has identified deteriorated/cracked grout with gaps and elevated moisture readings in the shower area. Job to include: • Remove deteriorated/loose grout and regrout the shower floor and affected wall areas • Remove and replace old/deteriorated silicone/sealant • Properly seal around the shower base, corners and drain as required • Check for any cracked/damaged tiles or obvious areas where water may be getting through • Advise if there are signs of a waterproofing issue that cannot be resolved by regrouting/resealing alone My main priority is addressing the moisture/water ingress issue properly, rather than just a cosmetic regrout. Have a Building inspection report and photos

Hi all Looking for a tiler or handyman with solid tiling experience to fix up tiles in our small laundry and bathroom. It's a small space, roughly 1.5x1.5m. See attached floorplan and photos (though note the washing machine and dryer have now been removed). Would not be looking to do anything to the shower tiling/grouting - just looking for the laundry and the rest of bathroom. What needs doing: - Around 10 cracked tiles to be replaced (marked with blue tape in photo). They're standard white 100x100 square tiles. Happy to supply replacements (proposing to get White Matt 100x100 Pressed Edge from National Tiles). - Full regrout of the floor. Existing grout has come out in a fair few spots and the rest is looking tired, so I'd rather do the lot than patch it. Happy to chat through it before booking. Tiles supplied: Terracotta Malee Gloss Hand Made Spanish Ceramic Tiles 130 × 130 × 8mm (6 boxes ordered). Target layout is a soft, staggered offset similar to the attached reference image (handmade look, not a strict brick bond). Scope: - Prep wall - Lay and cut tiles neatly (incl. around power points) - Grout and clean These are handmade feature tiles, so experience with artisan tiles is important. Budget: $600 (incl. labour, adhesive & grout). Grout colour to be discussed and approved prior to installation. Happy to supply grout if needed once colour is chosen. Existing glass splashback will be removed prior to tiling. If you can remove it and make good the wall, please include this as an optional line item. Photos attached of the space and tiles. Budget: $600–$900 depending on whether glass removal and wall making-good is included.

A kitchen tap was blocked off due to a leak. The old no longer used tap space needs to be rendered over and tiled. The tiles are plain white and it needs approximately 6 tiles. Job should take less than an hour.

It will be the same design but the curved higher part was made too small - it needs to be wider (1m, not 900mm as pictured) to match the rangehood that will go above it. The profile is half bullnose. See image for approximate specs. Afterwards I also will need a bathroom vanity top to be cut, and potentially a hearth, too. But this quote is just for doing the splashback, if all is good on completion we can discuss to go ahead with the other items. The job is in Balaclava 3183.

Shower needs re-grouting - I believe that the floor tiles are good and it would just be 3 tiles high on both walls. There seems to be some very minuscule parts of the grout missing in certain sections.. very hard for my untrained eye to see but this seems to be the cause of a leak just outside the shower.

The grout/seal on my shower drain surrounding the tiles has eroded and needs to be re-done. Would also love if you could tighten the toilet seat at the same time! 😊
