I have two cracks in tiles of shower floor and need them fixed - properly, but as cheaply as that can be done. Needs to be fully waterproofed obviously. Sorry, I did post this once before but didn’t realise it would expire. Actually need this done this weekend!

I’m looking for an experienced tiler to repair floor tile tenting on my front hallway. The hallway is approximately 7.5 metres long. Four tiles have tented and have already been partially removed as you can see in the photos. A structural engineer has inspected the property and identified the lack of adequate movement joints as the likely cause of the tile tenting because the tiles are butting hard up against the frame under the skirting boards. Scope of works: • Carefully remove the skirting boards along the hallway walls as needed. • Cut back the edge tiles by approximately 8 mm along the wall perimeter to provide suitable movement clearance to prevent the tiles from tenting again. • Inspect the exposed area and substrate around the 4 damaged tiles for any visible issues before relaying. • Prepare the surface by removing the old adhesive/screed and replace the 4 damaged tiles and regrout. (I have spare tiles) Ensuring that the grout matches the exact colour of our existing grout so it doesn’t stand out. • Refit the skirting boards and re-caulk the skirting board edges for a neat, professional finish. • Ensure the replacement tiles are properly laid and finished. I’m looking for a reliable, experienced tiler who can complete the work neatly and properly.

*PLEASE READ ABOUT THE CUTS REQUIRED* Hi, I’m looking for someone to cut tiles so that I can finish tiling my bathroom. The cuts required can be seen in the attached photographs. There are about 9 tiles that will need to be made. Approximately 5 are straight cuts, 2 ‘L’ shapes and 2 others which require a little notch to be cut to fit around the shower base. The tiles are all 450mm x 450mm and 7mm thick.

Need to fix sunken toilet tiles and skirting board outside bathroom. I need a quote to fix the sunken area only and not the entire bathroom. We are considering renovating in a year or so, so we just need to fix this to look decent at this stage.

I need a tiler for a 3.5m2 splashback. Initially planned for DIY but running out of time (and patience!) I have all materials ready to go; - ~4m2 of 300x600x9mm tile - wall tile adhesive - black grout Hoping to get it done in the next few days or early next week if possible.

Details: 1. Shower Walls: • Re-grouting needed for the tiled walls in the shower area. • Some sections have visible mold and discoloration along the grout lines. • Prefer a thorough clean-up of existing grout before applying fresh grout for a clean and uniform finish. 2. Kitchen Sink Area: • Re-grouting required for the backsplash area behind the kitchen sink. • The existing grout has mold/discoloration along the edges where the backsplash meets the countertop. • Would like a clean and seamless finish to improve both appearance and hygiene.
