We had to remove (most of) our kitchen kickers to install new flooring. We need someone to remove the remaining kickers and put in new ones throughout the kitchen. We have Laminex Brushed Brass elsewhere in our home and would like that exact same product used for our new kitchen kick boards. The job is to source/supply, make, and install. These are the measurements: 1880 x 140 1365 x 140 1245 x 145 550 x 145 565 x 150 250 x 150 2500 x 150 1750 x 140 660 x 140 Please NOTE: The brushed brass needs to be cut and installed horizontally (‘grain’) to match existing kickboards elsewhere in home. We’re looking for someone who works precisely and neatly to complete the job ASAP at their soonest convenience. We posted this job before, but it expired before we got a chance to book anyone. Small restaurant dining area with a grey concrete floor. A few holes and broken gaps need filling. Photos attached. Job: - Fill the broken gaps/edges along an old metal strip set in the floor (approx. 1.5 m). - Fill 2-3 small holes in the floor (approx. 10-15 cm each). Any material is fine (concrete patch, epoxy, etc.) as long as it's filled well, sits flush/level, is hard-wearing, and the colour roughly matches the existing grey floor. Work needs to be done on a weekday between 9am and 3pm, and be dry enough to walk on by 4:30pm. Please mention the material you'd use and how long it takes to dry.

Looking for some one to sand the deck so I can varnish

timber deck area needs reconditioned including oiled. Total area is approximately 40 square metre.

I have an existing timber deck with approximately 4–6 localised areas where decking boards are damaged/split around the fixings, including one section where part of a board has broken away (photos attached). I’m looking for someone experienced with timber decking to inspect the affected boards and repair or replace the damaged sections/boards as required, and check that the supporting timber underneath is sound. The remainder of the deck appears structurally okay. Located in Murrumbeena.

I need an experienced timber-finishing Tasker to prepare and re-oil a section of vertically grooved timber cladding on an external corner. Scope: • Sand the timber evenly, including the vertical grooves/recesses, without damaging the profile • Remove sanding dust and leave the surface clean and dry • Apply my supplied exterior timber/cladding oil evenly, following the product instructions, including wiping off excess and avoiding runs/drips. Minimum 2 coats. • Protect adjacent walls, windows and paving with drop sheets; clean up afterwards. I do have a sander and some sanding paper, but please bring any specialist equipment and extra consumables needed—particularly suitable sanding attachments/paper for the grooves, dust extraction, brushes/applicators, and drop sheets.
