I have horrible carpet on stairs that I want removed (ideally) or replaced - if wood underneath can't be fixed.

- Rip up carpet in living room, dining area, entry - Jackhammer tiles in kitchen area - Lay down engineered floorboards + skirting/edges (approx. 40sqm) - Dispose carpet

Wooden floor sand and polish using water-based products, satin finish. Total area approximately 65.3sqm How long is the job likely to take and what is the downtime before the floor is usable again?

Timber floating floors appear to be lifting slightly. Perhaps due to the weather and floor movement. My guess is too tightly fitting to skirting. Guess only. I have spare boards. - Due date: Before Monday, 25 December 2023

Remove existing weatherboard for either side of window. Install new boards. Notch in shingles to match removed planks. - Due date: Before Saturday, 18 February 2023

We have 6-7 floorboards that are damaged and sponge-y when walked on that we'd like replaced and polished. Understand that they won't be able to perfectly match the other floorboards unless we sand and polish the entire floor but happy for them not to match perfectly, just don't want broken floorboards in our house anymore :) - Due date: Flexible
