I have 18m2 of hardwood subfloor that I need to level or make flat (in preparation to lay new floating floorboards). Kitchen: 15m2 Corridor: 3m2 This task is to provide an initial consult, take measurements and plan out how best to level this floor. This is part of a quality renovation and I need someone with strong experience with using hardwood floor levelling products. For this task, please outline your experience with using hardwood floor levelling products and what products that you work with. This task may suit someone who regularly does levelling work and is looking for an additional small task to do over a morning. Please also provide your hourly rate for the actual floor levelling work. You will need to provide your own gear for this (e.g. spiked shoes, etc). You must also be happy for me to work alongside you. I can assist with mixing leveller if the work is done on a weekend.

Remove and dispose of kitchen cabinetry, curtains, blinds, carpet and vinyl flooring to a one bedroom apartment. Apartment is ground floor.

There is a food stain on the floorboards, we have tried everything to remove it (baking soda, cleaning products) and no success. About 1 month ago we left a rubbish bag on this area for a few days and I believe some sauce at the bottom seeped through the bag and onto the ground. Would appreciate someone to be able to remove this and not damage the floorboards.
