I need someone to help me with the timber engineer floor chip repair.

Looking for a handyman/carpenter) to 1) repair water-damaged skirting boards/baseboards in an apartment and 2) fix sliding fly screen door that has come out of its track. The damage is along the bottom of a sliding balcony door and in the adjacent corner. There are visible water stains, swelling/warping of the skirting. Services needed: * Remove and repair or replace damaged * Treat/clean any mould * Repaint to match * Reinstall sliding fly screen dooor Flexible with timing but would like it done soon. Deck outdoor and indoor deck

Water marks from dog water bowl. Shouldn't require sanding as they are new marks. Haven't tried hydrogen peroxide or other solutions as would prefer someone who has done before and not to permanently stain the flooring. Approximately 4 square metres.

Our deck has enclosed sides using Ecodeck. We need to create a manhole to gain access underneath. This requires 3 boards to be sawn in-place, approximately as shown by the tape-measure in the third photo. Probably using a sabre-saw or a small plunge-saw.
