We had 2 crossovers installed for 2 townhouses. The council let us know that minimum 400mm of asphalt needs to be reinstated for both crossovers. I have attached photos of the current crossovers and how the asphalt needs to look (this is a photo from the council and shows the minimum 400mm required).

Looking for someone to please drill brackets into pergola, then hang outdoor awning. This is a 3m wide awning. Awning is assembled, so just measuring, drilling and hanging required.

Please let me know the quotes of fixing this small left side wall as before photos. In before photos you can only see left side wall from behind but I am adding another photo of right side wall which is quiet similar to the left one which fell. Only difference is the one that fell had round pipe thingy in between for newspaper instead of letterbox. Hi, Seeking help to get a side concrete driveway and shed floor painted a dark gray / charcoal colour. I was planning to do this myself but it’s taking too long to get around to it due to other priorities. The space is about 2.5m wide and 17.5m long, between existing house and existing fence. It is a side utility and storage area we are trying to dress up and present better without going overboard on costs. We would like it painted a charcoal / dark grey concrete paint. The current concrete surface is raw and unsealed, but in pretty good condition. I assume it will need a good clean and a primer of some sort, before painting with the correct paint for outdoor concrete surface. I am looking for someone who’s ideally done this a few times before and knows what to do, and accordingly I will be guided by you on exactly what is recommended. I will tidy the area and move all our stuff out the way beforehand. Labour only - I will buy the materials from Bunnings but will need advice on the best product and quantity to buy. I have looked at Dulux products for this but open minded to others. Look forward to reviewing some quotes. - Due date: Flexible
