I need a shed built that I have purchased from Easyshed. Dimensions are approx 3.6m L x 2.6m W x 2.7m H. Steel frame, Colorbond exterior, rear single door, front roller door. Includes all fixings and flashings. I have all engineering plans that I can share over email (they are PDF) that detail every fixing point, etc. Will be built in between fence and house wall and fixed to existing concrete slab driveway. May require slight adjustment to steel column bracket footings to ensure structure is level (driveway will have very slight run-off for water drainage). Air conditioner (pictured) has already been removed. Installer MUST have experience installing steel-framed sheds (this is not a general handyman task).
