Approx 5 tiles in driveway need to be regrouted. Letterbox some bricks falling away need to be recemented and letterbox slot needs to be replaced. I also need a canvas painting hung. Its not very heavy approx 48 x 140cm.

DEMOLITION REQUIRED: Dismantle and extract all metal ducting under the suspended concrete slab; and remove all debris, offcuts and materials from site. Single Residence. Easy street access. underslab access is tight but workable. Metal ducts run about 15m. You will likely need an angle grinder.
