repair / replace the main timber beam on our pergola. it would be a 300mm timber joist, which has failed at the connection to the main timber column. it could be a temporary fix that would make this safe for the next 3 - 6 months whilst we work out what we are doing longer term with the pergola.

Build partition in 2 rooms per picture 1. One room with 1 curtain opening. (Wall 1 : 2,490 x to ceiling / Wall 2 : 3,000 x 2,490) 2. Just moved into this house and found the gate is not responding. Electrician checked the solar power looks fine, need specialist to do further checking and quote cost to fix.

The roofless pergola frame is damaged by recent severe weather. Need to remove the damaged timber and replace the like for like. And new paint. Take away the removed items.

Need to to strip all the paving paint off a part of the driveway - about 18sq meters. The original formula Poly stripper worked pretty well on a small patch but there is probably an easier way. Some of the paint has already started to flake off. Flexible with timing.
