Hi I have two sliding doors which require new locks installed (broken latches) - Currently don't have replacement locks, would ask person to supply as well. I'd like to have both these to be replaced and have the same key for both. In addition we have one door which I have had trouble fixing the gap between door and wall, which allows a cold draft wait in. I've tried but just had no luck, as not a handy man. This door also requires its 2 rolling tracks to be replaced as its not sliding properly. I do have 2 that I have bought from Bunnings (ROLLTRAK # 4130). Fairly sure they are the correct ones. Lastly the outside screen door on Door # 2 also does not slide properly. Like to get this looked at also. Thanks very much.

Hi All, I need someone to demolish my concrete pergola which has some brickwork (as shown in photos) and remove the sleepers from the garden bed (as shown in photos). There's also another garden bed with timber sleepers on the other side of the pergola thats the same size as the one in the photo. The concrete pergola including bricks is 1.7x1.4m. No need to take away the demolished materials, i have a spot next to the pergola that everything can be left. There is plenty of access for machinery as its in the front yard.
