This job requires a Draftsman to draw plans and submit to council for permit. 2m High Brick Wall to be built in front yard. Approx 13 metres of wall. 1-2 bricks in thickness. There will be opening in wall for pedestrian gate and driveway gate. A few pillars as well. Please see scope of plan on photos. Green references what needs to be built. Will need to come inspect site and quote as too hard to quote on here with finer details.

Palm tree. Need to disposal the tree and remove the stump too. On the driveway. Easy to load the tree. Glen Iris area .it is not very big. Higher then the garage.

Driveway (after sidewalk to garage door) requires repair, lifting in some areas. Asphalt overlay ok.

Sloped driveway requires awide channel drain at the end for storm water. There is currently a small round circular drain in position as indicated in yellow circle.

Replace driveway gate pictured with something almost identical. Current gate measures extremely close to 3m wide by 2m high (will do exact measurements on job confirmation) Needs to swing open internally and lock into the ground. Can easily be bolted to house and garage either side. See pic for current gate. No need to paint it, can remain unpainted.

Started to put together a fast trak side entry f36-s shed and need someone to finish it. Shouldn’t take long. If you know what your doing unlike me
