Demolition of concrete planterbox wall. 200mm wide, 830mm height and approximately 8m long. I believe it is block wall or brick masonry. Planter box is sitting on top of a concrete slab. Cuts must be as close to flush with the top of the slab. Concrete rubble to be stacked neatly on site for owner to remove. Happy to negotiate additional cost for material removal. Saw cut demolition to be determined by the operator, 9” grinder with masonry disc would work best for horizontal cut on the vertical wall face. Cutting at a minimum to reduced rubble and noise. Owner will assist with works as much as possible. Note - planter box soil will be removed prior to works

The plastic sheets need to be replaced with new ones on pergola. See pics attached. - Due date: Flexible

Have an ant problem and seem to have made nests in the pergola roof, Dining area window and possibly the upper roof. I noticed a little while back a big movement of ants and some type of inspect along the pergola roof and looked like were climbing up the down water pipe into the roof. Also I have just noticed in the pergola area rotten timber in an area and could be signs of termites. Need to finish installation of an Easyshed skillion garden shed. Dimensions are 1.51m x 2.25m x 2.1m. Gravel pad is ready and level. To be installed in corner where two fences meet. Located in garden area which is easily accessible. I’ve nearly completed step 3 (roof panel assembly). Planter box is connected at the base to a concrete slab, once wall is removed; need to also demolish 0.5 wide, 2.3 long, 0.15 thick slab section. Concrete rubble to be stacked neatly on site for owner to remove. Saw cut demolition preferably for reduced rubble and noise. Owner will assist with works as much as possible. Carport is currently attached at one end to a rotten piece of timber connected to the roof. Need to remove this wood and add in two timber poles to fix carport as it is currently coming apart including the side of the roof see pictures. Quote for full job including materials please.

The pergola is 6.4 metres X 2.5 metres. It needs sanding, some priming and 2 Coates of a good quality solar shield paint. 4 litres should be adequate but 10 would enable me to paint a nearby wall. Cost includes cost of paint.
