The flooring in our apartment has some minor scratches and grooves on 2 wooden floor panels that need to be fixed or replaced

I have a small circular burn/damage on my laminate flooring. Looking for an experienced handyman or flooring specialist to repair or patch it so it blends in with the existing floor. Ideally, the repair should be neat and not noticeable. Remove timber flooring in entire house

Repaint whole front deck. Some new boards have been laid some old boards just need new coat. Further to the deck, Touch up low panel on weatherboard house from previous paint job. Need support with paint matching
