I’m looking for an experienced person to fully refurbish and re-oil our outdoor Merbau deck. The deck is approximately 24m² and also includes: - An inbuilt timber seating area, which requires the same treatment - An accompanying timber flower/planter box The job will involve thoroughly cleaning and preparing the entire deck and timber areas, including sanding wherever required to remove weathering, marks and the existing finish and to ensure an even surface. Once properly prepared, the deck, seating and planter box are to be re-oiled/stained with a suitable quality decking oil, with the appropriate number of coats to achieve an even, durable and professional finish. We’re looking for someone with experience restoring Merbau decks who will take the time to properly prepare the timber rather than simply applying another coat over the existing surface. Photos are attached showing the deck, seating and planter box. Please include in your offer whether cleaning/preparation products, sanding equipment and decking oil are included, as well as an indication of how long you expect the job to take. The priority is a high-quality, professional-level finish.

Old deck needs replacing with new decking wood. We would like to use merbu but with a light wood finish

In preparation for timber floor installation we need the skirting boards removed. The skirting may be reused so must be removed carefully with care taken not to damage the walls. The rooms included are living, hallway, dining, laundry, powder room.

We need floorboards replaced with boards to match the existing. A wall was knocked down and the boards used by the previous builder don’t match. We want Baltic pine of a certain width. It’s about 5 lengths of 3.2m needing doing. Plus presumably the skirting board will need be taken off/put back there. Thanks

I need someone to install my laminate flooring (bedroom of 11 square meters approximately)

Hello We are located in Sandringham and we require someone to come and prep and repaint our hardie deck, the rough estimate for the area is 3.5 by 4 meter space. My husband will remove the black infills and we will prep some of the area and remove old paint where it is flaking. We do have other area of our house which also need to be painted for future work but need to get this area sorted We will also remove all furniture from the space Ideally if someone is available in the morning so I can be there to discuss around 7am -8am start. Otherwise happy to discuss I will need to purchase paint and so that the surface isn’t slippery we would need to add a grit to the paint

Replace skirting board. 4 metres of existing skirting board to be replaced. 1 metres of new skirting board supplied. Scrape back, fill and seal 3 square metres of wall. Filler and paint supplied.

I’m after a basic repair to be done on hybrid timber flooring. It’s a small patch that got damaged by water. The size is approx 250mm x 250mm. I can provide photos.

I have already bought the timber-look vinyl flooring and I just need someone who is good at this sort of thing to come and measure and cut it for me and install it. We are having carpet installed and need the base of multiple doors (up to 5) shaved by 25mm to accommodate this.

The concrete where we had cupboards is a little bit lower than the tiles. We need to level this out to the same height so we can then put vinyl floor boards on top. The space that needs to be levelled is 3.23m x 0.54m
