I’d like a quote for: - Removal of carpet, I’ve already done some so approx 13m2 of removal. The foamy under layer is glued to the ground, so would need to be able to get rid of the remaining glue - Supply & install a laminate or hybrid flooring that would be good for an apartment. Needs to be acoustic & waterproof. Two rooms, approx 21m2 - assist in bringing furniture items back in the room with me to avoid scraping. X1 wardrobe, x1 large desk, x1 thin Billy bookshelf, + move furniture items out of the second room. Will just be base furniture, I will pack all smaller items / filler things away.

I want to install HYBRID flooring in my apartment living room + bedroom area. I have also given the exact dimensions of the area in the attachment. Need someone to do the complete job including the flooring and installation and removal of old carpet and disposal. The apartment is on Level 5 with lift access. Parking I can provide inside the building parking premises. Dont want any hidden costs so need somebody to do the complete job. And especially who has experience in doing such work in strata buildings to follow the norms. Price should also include the cost of floating tiles. As per my estimation the area is 34sqm. Currently tenant in place for next 45 days so trying to secure everything in advance. Would like to have the carpet in the bedrooms removed and replaced with chevron engineered timber flooring (to match the living room). Also need to have the entire floor refinished. Its currently a dark brown/wood colour and I would like to change it to be like a grey frost. - Due date: Before Thursday, 2 May 2024
