Needing someone to stretch carpet as it’s just a little loose in some areas of the living space

Looking for experienced floorboard installer to complete 3 rooms and small hallway at ground level apartment in Armadale. Total 40sqm. Floor purchased. Looking to start job within 2 weeks.

Kitchen island was removed, now need matching hard wood floor sourced and installed with existing impacted (cut) boards removed. The impacted area is circa 1.2m by 0.5m, but surrounding boards need to be replaced.

NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE UP CARPET/UNDERLAY AND TIMBER STRIPS IN SMALL ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IN ARMADALE. BASICALLY ONE BEDROOM/LOUNGE AND SMALL HALLWAY.

Need approximately 350 mm of skirting board to be installed. Skirting board supplied. Needs mitre cuts at 45 degrees to go around corners of a wardrobe. - Due date: Before Friday, 9 February 2024

Hi, I’m looking for someone who can cut a 2m x 2m piece of carpet into two hall runners. Maybe someone who has some experience laying their own carpet. Not sure whether to heat seal the soon-to-be-cut edges so they don’t fray but you may have ideas. Hopefully it can be done onsite outside when it’s not raining! Thank you! - Due date: Flexible

There are floor gap filling things in all the bedrooms that need to be pulled up before the bedrooms are painted and carpets put down. Assume this is a job for a carpenter. The gap fillers may be glued down or nailed- I’m not sure. Pics are examples of the work, but not representative of all the places where there is gap filling. We need to do 4 bedrooms and 1 study.
