My puppy has chewed the corners of approximately four skirting boards. The damaged sections will likely need to be rebuilt/filled, sanded, shaped to match the original profile, and then repainted so they blend in with the existing skirting boards. We have very creaky floorboards in our first floor living room. It sounds like the boards are rubbing against the joist or the joist is rubbing against something. We have been told it should be possible to access the boards from underneath (ground floor ceiling).

I have a few things that need to be done around our new place after just moving in and having new flooring installed. They include: - Installing about 20 lm of MDF skirting. I'll paint etc myself. There's a few corners (15-20) around the kitchen but they're all right angles. - Plane down three doors that are sticking. - Fixing some shelves to the wall.. They sit on a kicker so it's only to anchor them. - Cutting a few bits and pieces for me including a piece of ply to sit under my shelves, a few melamine shelves and some cork off cuts. Basically I have a few other projects to do once you leave but I don't have a saw! - Installing a piece of timber trim where our new flooring meets our door. I have all the materials.
