I need floating floorboards installed in my apartment some time in the next two weeks. I have already found a supplier. Will also need old carpet removed and taken away.

I want to lay vinyl flooring over the tiles in this toilet. There is no shower in the area. The area is roughly 6m sq so quite small. Note - job can only be completed on a Sunday or a Monday because we are open for trade Tuesday to Saturday. I have the vinyl already, ideally you can supply materials (glue etc at extra cost)

We need engineered timber flooring installed in our townhouse. There is carpet that needs to be ripped out and removed as part of the process. We require glued-down floorboards, not floating. The area requiring installation is our entry way, a hallway and staircase (17 steps). It is approximately 25sqm total. What we the Australian blackbutt floorboards that need to be installed. What we need from the installer? - pick up the floorboards from Seaford (from the supplier that is preparing the stair nosing); - remove tiles at entry way (see photo); - removal of existing carpet; - levelling of surface if required; - installation (including stairs); and - adhesive/glue. We require ~65sqm of vic-ash floorboards to sanded in a 2-bedroom house (with vic-ash stairs also needing refinishing). The wood has discoloured orange so we'd like to use a water-based finish eg.
