I’m looking for an experienced timber flooring professional to restore approximately **35 m² of pre-engineered European oak flooring** in an apartment. The flooring is **Project Oak Pre-Engineered Timber Flooring**, around 6 years old, with a **3 mm European oak surface layer and factory UV-cured finish**. The whole timber floor needs to be refreshed so the finish is consistent throughout. The goal is to restore it **as close as reasonably possible to the original colour and appearance**, preserving the natural wood grain and avoiding unnecessary removal of the timber surface. Current condition: * general wear, light scratches and scuffing * some worn finish * one small deeper scratch requiring local repair/blending * no loose boards, swelling, lifting or water damage Photos are attached. I am open to the appropriate professional restoration method, such as deep cleaning/recoating, light abrasion and recoating, local repair, or light sanding if genuinely required. The manufacturer’s documentation is focused on maintaining the existing finished surface rather than aggressive sanding. **Requirements:** * experience with engineered/pre-finished oak flooring * explain your proposed process before starting * account for the 3 mm oak wear layer * preserve the existing grain, colour and overall appearance * avoid aggressive sanding unless necessary * blend the deeper scratch as well as reasonably possible * use suitable professional products * include labour, materials, equipment, dust control and final clean-up The apartment will be **fully cleared of furniture**. It is on **Level 2 with lift access**. The apartment will be vacant from **11 August to 14 August around midday**, so the work and required drying/curing time must fit within this window. When quoting, please include your proposed method, products/finish, whether sanding is required, expected curing time, and examples of similar engineered timber restoration work.

Sand back pine timber flooring and restain floor to colour indicated in sample photo. House is an old Victorian villa however floorboards are not original (likely mid 1900s). Imperfections / uneven points exist in aspects of the floor. Will require someone experienced doing this kind of work. Work only needs to be done in hallway, living, dining and kitchen (not bedrooms). Refer to floorplan. Note - walls between kitchen/living, and living/dining, have been removed. Floor has been patched with new pine boards.

Sand back and restain existing back decking. Deck Size is 8.4 x 3.4m. See photos which show area as well as existing damage to some boards so you can see what needs to be done.

Lift carpet, replace the underlay (airtasker supply underlay as part of cost) and replace the original carpet Dimensions approx 1 metre x 80cm, is the bottom step of a staircase and the edge is rounded and overhung

I Require carpet installer to fix the edges of the carpet, they won’t go in at the sides where the beaded edging is. Any time today, Thursday afternoon or anytime Friday are all suitable if someone is available, thank you

Cut out an area of the wool carpet which has been damaged and replace with a cutout of the carpet from the closet

I have a 42sqm shop and I’ve removed the carpet but there is an underlay that’s glued to the floor I need removed. I’ve tried to remove some and it’s quite glued down. Would suit someone with experience doing this kind of thing and the tools to do it. I don’t need you to be precious about the floor underneath, it’s getting covered up anyway. Pics attached.

2 x small bedrooms. Currently have carpet. Both bedroom also have buikt in wardrobes. Beed carpet and underlay ripped up and replaced with hard floors. Open to suggestions on flooring but not the laminate timber that cannot get wet. Need something pretty hard wearing because 2 x cats.
