Floor was laid on builders sand and lime in the 1980’s. I’ve been here 20 years. Hasn’t moved in 20 years, so is stable. It is 30mm low in one spot and I need a level enough floor for a wheelchair pronto. Area to level is 23 sqm. Will lay a click or vinyl floor over top.

Couldn’t get an exact match so new boards are same profile but 240mm high. Need 20mm trimmed off each length. You will need your own tools. Day/time flexible. Hi All, I got stitched up a bit today by a guy who said he would lift and dispose of my vinyl floor and ply underfloor (intafloors ply). After ripping a section up he said it was too hard and left. I've lifted most of it today on my own. Boards are in decent condition. When I lifted one section in the kitchen nook I found tiles. I called an asbestos guy who said, they are likely to be and I should just cover them again. So looking for someone to put a new section of ply back where I lifted, install vinyl in the kitchen and then sand and polish the remainder of the room and dispose of all rubbish. Replace carpet in three small bedrooms upstairs in our recently rennovated house. We have solid timber blackbutt (14mm x 85mm) to install, sand and polish. Approx room sizes are: Room 1: 2.9m x 2.6m Room 2: 4m x 3.6 m Room 3: 3.2 x 1.9 Hoping to start this project in the next couple of weeks. Boards to be laid over chipboard. all rooms are square and dont have heaters or fireplaces etc. The job should include removal of skirting boards and replace them so floors are flush with skirting boards.
