I had stone polymer composite flooring installed last year. There is a 2sqm section of flooring where the concrete underneath is very uneven. Can the planks be removed, the concrete underneath made even and then replaced?

After a professional caulker to do a nice and neat filling of the gaps between our skirting and floorboards in white. We took up the carpet and polished the boards so there is now a varied gap which we’d like to fill before we move in. Flexible on when over the next week or two. Prob a few hours work.
