Small scratches in laminate flor

Hi I need carpets to be removed ( 2 bedrooms, inside wardrobes, a small area infront of the bathroom and the living room) and install timber floor. Looking at hybrid but open to suggestions. How many days will it take to get it done?

I have spilt a slurpee and left a stain on the carpet that the landlord wants fixed before I get my bond back. Ideally I would like the stain out or if impossible I would like the carpet replaced. Colour is mole grey.
