Find an experienced flooring expert in Travancore

Floors are 4 years old. Some chips and scratches I'd like repaired/concealed where possible. I'd like a coating (probably polyurethane type?) that will better protect the floor and last a good while before needing recoating/refinishing again. Current finish appears to be fairly natural/matte or satin. I'd like to go for satin this time for a slightly better and modern look. Area (in metres) Living: 6 x 4 Laundry area: 1.5 x 1.5 Hallway: 4.9 x 1.1 Entry to bedroom 1 x 1.6 I would do it myself but want someone with experience in floor surfacing suck as this to provide the right guidance and excellent products with a professional finish. Require moth treatment for small two bedroom apartment in Sienna building on Mt Alexander Road

Got the carpet in my apartment replaced with floorboards and few months ago, unfortunately I couldn't afford a contractor, so found someone online to do it and they did a terrible job, floorboards are almost new but are falling apart. I won't be able to get them redone, so I need an expert to look at them and let me know if there's anything that can be done to salvage the situation (this job is just to get your expert opinion, if you think that you could help me, we could discuss the actual job/cost). photo shows room. Carpet installer to collect carpet from warehouse and install in one small bedroom. all of the prep work has been completed by previous installer, including the removal and relaying of the underlay. the issue is that the carpet wasn’t measured correctly by the previous installer so they had to order in new carpet with the correct measurements. previous installer mucked us around with the warehouse collection and now can’t do the install before the date needed. we have an immovable airbnb guest and therefore this job needs to be done Thurs 4th Dec
