I have a raised timber bench 600mm high, 730mm deep, 3500mm wide. I would like carpet tiles installed in three different colours. I have the 1m x 1m carpet tiles, they are commercial-grade, needle-punched, PFX Stain Shield Staple Fibre, Enduroback® kr4 (Modified Recycled Bitumen) Backing, Pile Height 6mm. The 19mm particle board timber bench has an overhang, and I will fit a 30mm black angle trim over this later. You do not need to do this; you only need to install the carpet tiles. This is a warehouse and you can park immediately outside. Please see the photos. There is a little bit of fiddly cutting around some pipes/conduits/access hatch and two power points. I'll get you back later to do the rest of the floor, I just need this done before some cabinets are installed. Please only quote if you are a carpet/carpet tile layer. I would like this completed before Wednesday 1st July 2026. Ideally on Tuesday 30th June 2026.

I am doing an upgrade to my formal living room that will later include engineered floor boards being installed. Before I can install them, need to flix the floor. Main job: I want to put 3 stumps in under some beams to remove movement. Open to getting quotes Optional job: One part of the floor is uneven. I could get the flooring guys to pour a compound but am open (if it can be done quickly) to remove the exiting pine slat flooring and lay down new yellow tounge and pack or sand out the beams to get them level. Happy to come and inspect - keen to get it sorted this week.
