Find an experienced flooring expert in Clifton Hill

I’m looking for an experienced floor sanding and polishing professional to restore the original timber floors in my period home in Clifton Hill. Scope of works: * Approx. 40m² total. * 2 bedrooms and a hallway. * Believed to be original Baltic Pine flooring (old Victorian/period home). * Existing floor covering has already been removed. * There are old nails/staples protruding from the floor that will need to be punched down or removed prior to sanding. * Looking for a high-quality satin or matte finish (happy to discuss recommendations). I’ve attached photos showing the current condition. Timing: * Works need to be completed between 21–26 July. When quoting, could you please let me know: * Your total price (including materials). * How many coats of finish are included. * Estimated duration of the job. * How long I’ll need to stay off the floors before they can be walked on and furniture returned. * Whether you can replace any damaged boards if required (if discovered during sanding). I have squeaky boards under a carpet . I do not want to pull the carpet up /I know this can be done without lifting and relaying the carpet . Please only respond if you have actually done this job before and have reviews to confirm
