I have a deck which is mainly Merbau, 10 years old and showing some signs of age - as per the pics there are three flat areas, two steps and a step up. I have measured 33 m2 not including the steps (or the bbq area and vege beds). The deck service is not badly damaged at it, its just worn and has some kid related paint droppings in places. We need a few small-ish jobs done in our laundry and bathroom. 1: skirting board installation (please refer to the first photo). Most skirting boards have been installed however there are a few small edges that have not been installed including inside our linen closet. A joint in sheet vinyl has delaminated at a joint and created a trip hazard. complicated because it also lifted the cement self levelling material under the vinyl (on a concrete floor) probably replace a sq meter. we have the vinyl material. Job is at the Ivanhoe Uniting church

Hi All Morning , Can you recommend someone who can help me with the floor board fix job It’s engineered timber, and maybe glue down, the job includes removing skirting first, remove existing board, install new boards, install skirting afterwards. We are having an outdoor kitchen installed in our alfresco and there is a hole in the floor next to where the gas fitting comes up. Unfortunately, the wheels of the BBQ line up with this hole. The floor is tiled but the sub-floor is wood, and the whole house is on stumps so there is underfloor access (although it is quite tight, about 15-20m crawl space under the house via standard door, see last pic). We need the subfloor frame patched at that location so the BBQ wheel can be stablised. We do not need the tile repaired as the BBQ will cover this.

Replace 5 clip system floorboards which run to the entrance of apartment door which are damaged, floorboards are provided.
