Areas are fully accessible and ready for work. Glue and marks need to be cleared. Sanding and polishing these two areas to match with the other areas in the kitchen. My dog has ripped up the carpet and unravelled it. In need of someone to lay it back down and patch it.

We just renovated our kitchen and need a section of missing engineered timber flooring patched. There is no flooring on this section as the island bench design changed and the flooring was installed last year. We have heaps of spare boards. Note: the section that’s missing is bare slab, whereas the adjacent flooring sits on tile flooring (which was there prior to the flooring going in last year) so the new section will need to be built up. The installation of the timber flooring was a direct stick glued installation. Also we would like the existing board that’s cut on an angle to be cut straight before the new board/s are installed. Also the plank of flooring just below the missing piece has a slight notch cut out of it. Perhaps this can be filled or not sure whether this board needs to be cut and redone. Would like to discuss. Looking for someone who is experienced in engineered timber flooring installation to undertake this task.

I need a professional to remove and replace a section of carpet that was damaged by a water leak and has developed mould. The job includes: • Removal: Carefully cutting out and disposing of the affected carpet section and underlay (approximately 79 cm in length), as well as removing the mouldy skirting board if required. • Treatment: Cleaning and treating the subfloor to ensure all mould is properly addressed. • Installation: Installing replacement underlay and patching the damaged area. The replacement carpet can be taken from inside one of the wardrobes, as I do not have spare carpet available. • Blending: Professionally seaming and blending the new section to match the existing carpet as closely as possible. Materials: Underlay and any additional materials can either be supplied by you (I will reimburse with receipt), or we can discuss beforehand.
