Need someone to install 8mm laminate flooring (floating click system) with underlay in one room on top of yellow tongue. Flooring and underlay are already purchased. Room size is 2.4m x 5.4m (12.96sqm) and it’s a simple rectangular room. Please supply and install white scotia to match existing skirting boards for a neat finish. I will provide marina oak floating floorboards (8mm) and lining. I need someone to remove carpet in lounge/living area and one bedroom and replace with lining and floorboards. I will also need you to dispose of the carpet/old flooring. You supply tools required. Please see floor plan. Rooms outlined in green are the areas where the new flooring needs to be installed.

Would like new flooring throughout the house it’s about a 15 square Home probably a durable vinyl flooring. I’m renting at the moment so I don’t want to spend too much money on something that doesn’t really belong to me.

We had a minor mould issue that has been rectified, the vinyl planks in place were removed. Need to clean existing glue and replace skirting (4m and 3m) where mould damage was visible. This is a small area; only 8 planks were removed (approx 3m2). I have the planks to replace the old ones, i have the paint for the skirting. I don't have floor glue or new skirting boards.

I have started pulling up the lino flooring at my house as part of a renovation and need someone to take over the job. Three small rooms remain to be done and all need the following: - remove top layer lino, - remove masonite, - remove staples, - remove older layer of lino, - remove cardboard underlay stuck onto timber floorboards (the final layer), This is a straightforward labour job, no experience necessary but if you haven’t done this type of job before that would be awesome. We have some tools on-site but it would be helpful if you brought your own with you. Floors must be left clean and ready for sanding. Instal new floorboards properly, skirting (Regular stick on skirting, but I do want someone that will put in as backup some small skinny nails through it and cut the corners at 45 degrees angles to look good.)
