We have hybrid flooring in at a property but at two places the floor has cracked which seems like the floor underneath the hybrid flooring has deteriorated so I need someone to Just fix those parts of the floor underneath and put the flooring on top as a temporary fix.

I have the original van mat for a template, and I will supply timber batons and plywood, I just need the frame building and the plywood cut to size using template. I have a laminate floating floor in my apartment where a few boards near the bathroom door have separated, leaving visible gaps. The paint at the base of the door frame is also chipped and peeling. I’m preparing the apartment for sale and want it to look clean and seamless. Looking for someone to: Tap the separated boards back together and close the gaps Trim the base of the door frame if the floor is pinched, so it doesn’t separate again Fill any remaining small gaps with colour-matched laminate filler If a board needs replacing, swap one from a hidden area (e.g. a wardrobe) so it matches. We need a small burn repaired in the carpet of a warehouse office as part of a make-good for our lease exit. The burn is about 15 cm across - see pic attached. The landlord will inspect the repair, so it needs to be done to a professional standard. Extend my deck by 3meters

I have an outdoor deck measuring 13 meters by 2 meters. It needs to restained. I'm looking for someone who can sand the deck and put on the first coat of water-based stain. Will need to have a sander but I can supply the stain.

Plinth boards needed around small deck to stop puppy getting under house.

Looking for a handy man to complete a few odd jobs around my house. I am hoping to replace a towel rail that is currently falling off the wall. It is screwed into the tiles and the plugs seem to have given way, so i'm not sure what the best way to fix it would be. I also have a loose tap handle in my kitchen sink that i'd like to have repaired. I also have a skirting board that needs a nail in it to rejoin to the bottom of my kitchen bench.

Install hybrid flooring and carpet/tile removal in a 2 bedroom unit including bedrooms, living and kitchen. I’ve attached a copy of the floor plan and colour preference.

Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.

Need someone to install 8mm laminate flooring (floating click system) with underlay in one room on top of yellow tongue. Flooring and underlay are already purchased. Room size is 2.4m x 5.4m (12.96sqm) and it’s a simple rectangular room. Please supply and install white scotia to match existing skirting boards for a neat finish.
