Need an experienced tradie to replace the polycarbonate sheeting on my patio roof and install new sheet on my front porch as well. Please see photos. Can supply materials from Bunnings just need someone to remove old sheets from patio and install new sheets and waterproof it. Patio is approximately 6.1m long and 2.7 wide with beams spaced approximately 82.6cm apart. There is also currently a gap above the front and back doors which lets rain in that needs to be sealed. Will also need polycarbonate sheeting added to cover front room area overhead- approx 2.8m by 1m - and seal section above the front door which already has a metal sheet.

I need a plasterer to come in and fix a ceiling issue in my garage . The problem is the ceiling in one part has come off tye fixing and fallen on it the garage door which is rubbing on the door each time it’s opening and closing . I will need to work with the plasterer and the garage door installer/service tech to have the door dropped , before the plasterer gets on site to fix . Once plaster is fixed I will refit the door

Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.
