Town house that needs awning fixed. Whenever I pressed the extend button on the remote, the awning makes a clicking noise as if the motor is trying to turn but it doesn’t move.

Install plasterboard to cover bulkhead and small wall section. Reinstall existing 1950’s cornice and patch/repair. Tape and mud all joins, 2 edge strips required. Cabinet in photo will be removed and small timber frame bulkhead to be created.

Install awning on brick wall. It is 2500mm x 2000mm and hand crank.

Plastering approx 250 sqaure meters of house. Some walls and ceilings.

Pipes needed fixing in ceiling (plumbing issue) so now have about 6 holes that need plastering.

Carport wall - exposed at the back - birds are living in them!! Would love for them to be covered.. Estimated 276x162cm

We have taken some walls out and need areas of the roof and walls replastered to fill the gaps. It is a decent size job. You will need to bring equipment and new plasterboard. I have some off cuts left over that you can use as well.

Hi - I need two holes in my bathroom patched. They are roughly 48x59 and 62x29. I have tape, compound and stud adhesive you can use. You’ll need to supply the gyprock sheet. I will take care of any follow up sanding or additional compound needed after the initial application.

Build 2 small stud walls for two places where the doors were taken out. Add R4 insulation 3. Patch a few cracks on the wall and cornice and have an even finish 4. Patch a wall damaged by door knob due to not having door stopper 5. Patch a ceiling hole

Needing some existing plaster removed and replaced, along with filling in some cut out holes from the wall

I’ve had a small section of internal wall put up (approx 2.5 x 2.7m). Now just need it all plastered/skimmed and neatly finished so I can paint it. There are some gaps and sections that will need pre-filling (please see pics). I will put up the skirting and paint myself - just need it finished to a state ready for me to paint.

Hello! Looking for someone to fix a couple of holes in walls. First image attempted to fix myself and there are bubbles. Second image toilet paper handle has come out the wall. Needing to patch up and change placement of the toilet paper holder.

Looking to get a previous extension rendered on the interior for plaster. Will tile onto it eventually. Room is 1910 by 3090. There is a window and door. The room was made in the 80s and he's obviously used random bricks to piece it together so want a single render to pull it to one look. There is plumbing fed through the brick for hot, cold and waste so if possible to work around that.

We need some plastering to fill minir cracks and a small holes in the wall and fix damage to cornices.

Need to put 8-9 power points in bedrooms and lounge room, heat lamp with suction fanin bathroom . Needs this done asap.
