Find an experienced handyman in Reservoir South

The rivets have popped off the top hinge of my security screen door. I need someone with the right materials, tools and skills to affix the door. I think this would involve moving the hinge up or down by about 10mm on both the door and the door jamb.

1 Billy bookcase assembly and 14 shelves fixed to plasterboard walls. We want to ensure the shelves are securely attached to the wall and can hold the appropriate weight. We have 14 shelves with 28 brackets from Ikea. We want someone who is experienced in securing shelves to plasterboard walls. All items are already at our property. Town house that needs awning fixed. Whenever I pressed the extend button on the remote, the awning makes a clicking noise as if the motor is trying to turn but it doesn’t move.

Install a door closer it needs to be measured and drilled. Only 5 screws should take 30mins max

Install plasterboard to cover bulkhead and small wall section. Reinstall existing 1950’s cornice and patch/repair. Tape and mud all joins, 2 edge strips required. Cabinet in photo will be removed and small timber frame bulkhead to be created.

Affix ring door bell. Wall is concrete so you will need a suitable drill.

Need to fix a hole in the wall

Putting together a new exercise bike & elliptical machine.

I need to remove the stripped screws ( and replace with working screws) to this pet door so I can replace the flap. The photos are of the inside and the outside of the door. The screws are hard plastics and were stripped by whoever lived here before.

This is for a local kindergarten. There are 3 doors that are becoming increasingly difficult to open/close. Two are internal single doors, and one is an external double door. Two of these doors are emergency exits so are the priority for fixing. We will require an initial quote before confirming the works to be completed. And an official invoice upon completion of the works. Because this is a school, the works will need to be completed out of school hours (after 230pm).

I have an external manual shutter that requires repairing. It is opened and closed through an internal handle. The one that needs repairing has broken from the outside and I can't close or open it.

My external shutter blind is stuck down. I cannot turn the knob (terrible word but can’t think of a better one for it), it is completely stuck! Blind itself might move OK.

Replacement of water damaged floorboards. Damaged area measures approx 50cm from the wall. Looking to fix hole as well as adjacent floorboards which have also been damaged (see pics). Need done before kitchen install. Cabinetry will be installed on top of affected area.
