My interior doors(5)is rubbing heavily against the jamb and won't close without pushing it hard, which is chipping the paint. It had this issue even before the recent paint job, so it needs proper adjustment. Work needed: Inspect door, hinges, and frame to diagnose why it’s binding/catching. Adjust hinges, plane/sand door edge, or chisel strike plate mortises as required to create proper clearance. Ensure the door opens, closes, and latches smoothly without forcing or scraping. Please bring standard handyman/carpentry tools (plane, chisel, screwdriver). Paint touch-ups aren't needed—just need the door functioning smoothly!

My sliding door isn't sliding smoothly on its rails. The door opens into a cavity. The rail is at the top of the door. Flexible with quotation.

Did a DIY installment on new toilet seats - needs to be adjusted properly as the screws are loose. Install a new 5.12m wide by 2.4m high bifold door. The door has been delivered in pieces brand new. I’ll be onsite to help, have helped install a few previously but need someone to lead it.

I am after getting a new, unmodified exterior door installed in place of an existing door. On top of this, I would like to get a doggy door installed on the new door. I am able to provide the materials (see picture). The hardware/fittings of the previous door must be transferred to the new door. This includes a knob and a deadlock. The door measures 2040 x 820 x 35. At the end of the work, there would be a new door installed, which includes a doggy door. Price is fairly flexible.

Front door jammed due to frame misalignment. Need someone today to realign/adjust so it opens and closes properly. Not a lock issue.
