The bathroom shower door doesn’t close and latch to the magnetic strip on the right side. I have noticed the door looks misaligned and not seated vertical aligned. I noticed on the shower door black plastic insert block holding the spindle - hinge door at the top looks broken and plastic cracked inside, where the screw hold on both sides, plus looks loose so the door isn’t vertically straight. Shower screen installed appox 20 years ago

Outside wire door has been jammed and off hinge. Needs to be fixed.

Base in Bundoora I need a lock change as the pic below with a basic deadbolt lock. I dont have the lock, but anything cheap with lock for privacy is fine Also need to fix the bathroom water tap, it is working fine, just making loud vibration noise when first turning on.
