Manual roller door to garage has come off track and is jammed - the door won't open or shut. The bottom left side of the roller door has also come loose from the timber post and needs to be screwed back in.

Need repair on holes in doors

Door doesn’t stay closed. The wind blows it open. (Second picture) Also I need an opinion on what to do about my broken casement window mechanisms. There are two of them. (One pictured) Ideally I’d like to replace them with something sturdier but I don’t want to spend too much.

Wooden window is stuck shut needs som love (possibly sanding and bog) so it can open and close easily and also some sealing tape
