On the right side (the handle side), the gap becomes smaller from bottom (I can insert 1-2 credit cards) to the top (almost no gap). On the left side (hinge side), the gap becomes wider from bottom (1-2 credit cards) to the top (3 credit card). In short, the top part has space on the left but rubs on the right.
