Fujitsu Inverter Split Air conditioner has issue of water dripping from front right corner. I have cleaned the filter, it seems fault is in connection between air conditioner water exit pipe and external pipe connection. Also possibility is unit has tilted a bit due to house movement. I opened and checked water seems leaking from joined, didn’t wanted to open completely due to risk.

I would like to change the front doors/faces of my kitchen cabinets and drawers, and the surfaces of the shelf that contains the microwave. Refer to pictures. The colour of the doors/panels can be glossy white for easy resourcing(no need to match the current grey colour).

Soft close kitchen drawer has come off due to screws coming loose. Need to drill new holes and fix hinges and drawer back into cabinet. See photos.

Apartment balcony sliding door handle fall off. Need a handyman to put the handle on. The sliding door is very tight to slide. That might because of the edge on photo 3. Hope that can be fixed.

Hang 6 frames (largest 1000cm x 860cm) on a brick wall.

Need work done for one of our customers. A few small holes and scratches were left in wall while trying to deliver large furniture items upstairs. Need someone to do a quick patch up.

We need a rail for a handtowl fitted in our laundry. I started doing this myself, but I've since found out the wall might be asbestos. So I drilled one hole (as seen) and had the rail secured initially - but then I realised the wall plug that I had screwed in wasn't in fact secure, and it fell out. Now that I acknowledge this task is beyond me, and that the material could be asbestos I need someone across safety protocols for drilling into an asbestos surface to complete this job for us.
