The shed location is currently covered with artificial grass laid over a level, compacted sand base. I require someone to remove part of the artificial grass, prepare and pour a reinforced concrete slab, then assemble and install a 3m x 3m metal garden shed that I will supply. Scope of Work • Cut and remove the required section of artificial grass. • Prepare the site for concreting. • Supply and install reinforcement mesh. • Pour and finish a reinforced concrete slab. • Assemble and install a supplied 3m x 3m metal garden shed. • Anchor the shed securely to the slab. • Remove all waste and leave the area clean and tidy. Slab Requirements • Approx. 3.2m x 3.2m finished size (allowing a 100mm perimeter around the shed). • Minimum 100mm thick reinforced concrete slab. • F62 mesh or equivalent reinforcement. • Level, square and professionally finished. Site Details • Flat, level backyard. • Existing artificial turf over compacted sand base. • Good side access. • Shed will be positioned against the rear wall of the garage. • Site photo available. Firstly I have accidentally put a hole on one side of the bathroom door, I need someone to putty it, sand and then paint the one side of the door in semi gloss paint. I don’t have the paint and it will probably include a trip to Bunnings, 5 mins away, to get it. Then paint one other side of a bedroom door. Lastly to reattach a bi fold kitchen cupboard door. I have the new hinges but the screws provided with them are too small for the existing holes in the door, and the plugs supplied I can’t get into the original holes. The old screws are too big to fit through the hinges.

An old extraction fan has been removed from the ceiling in our alfresco. Also a conduit was removed behind the spotlight. This has left 2 holes. We're about to have a rangehood installed over the BBQ. We have paint left over from the original painting so hoping to just touch this up but happy to discuss repainting the alfresco ceiling area depending on additional $.

Tasks required: Remove one screw from a curtain rod (it is currently too tight to remove with a manual screwdriver and will likely require power tools). Reinstall a height measuring scale on the wall in the correct position so it accurately measures patient height. The height measure has already been partially installed but needs to be unscrewed and repositioned properly. Requirements: Please bring your own tools (likely a drill or power screwdriver). It currently doesn’t have enough support to handle a heavy load. The rail is about 180cms long.
