The bathroom and en-suite ceilings of the second level apartment unit have suffered water damage from the leaking showers of the apartment unit above. The works to this unit can only be undertaken on a Thursday or Friday to work around the occupants schedule and that they have a small dog. Bathroom The bathroom shower requires an area of about 400 by 600 of the plaster ceiling to be replaced as the ceiling has bulged and has mould (See photos). Once patched the roof will need to be plastered, sanded, primed with oil paint and finished with 2 coats of mould resistant paint. The shower cubicle is 900 by 900. The balance of bathroom ceiling may also require painting to ensure a matching finish and has a total roof area of approximately 7 square meters. En-suite The en-suite has peeling roof paint appears to be several layers and may require stripping back and sanding (See photos). Once repaired the roof will need to be primed with oil paint and finished with 2 coats of mould resistant paint. The shower cubicle is 1.150 by 900. The balance of bathroom ceiling may also require painting to ensure a matching finish and has a total roof area of approximately 4 square meters.

Need assessment and repair of sagging ceiling / dropped cornice. One room ceiling has sagged along the wall edge and the cornice has separated and dropped away from the ceiling. Temporary props are currently installed for support. Need experienced ceiling repairer / builder to: - Inspect cause of sagging - Check for structural or water damage issues - Advise repair scope - Repair or replace affected ceiling section and cornice Photos attached.

Firstly I have accidentally put a hole on one side of the bathroom door, I need someone to putty it, sand and then paint the one side of the door in semi gloss paint. I don’t have the paint and it will probably include a trip to Bunnings, 5 mins away, to get it. Then paint one other side of a bedroom door. Lastly to reattach a bi fold kitchen cupboard door. I have the new hinges but the screws provided with them are too small for the existing holes in the door, and the plugs supplied I can’t get into the original holes. The old screws are too big to fit through the hinges.

An old extraction fan has been removed from the ceiling in our alfresco. Also a conduit was removed behind the spotlight. This has left 2 holes. We're about to have a rangehood installed over the BBQ. We have paint left over from the original painting so hoping to just touch this up but happy to discuss repainting the alfresco ceiling area depending on additional $.

Reinstall a height measuring scale on the wall in the correct position so it accurately measures patient height. It currently doesn’t have enough support to handle a heavy load. The rail is about 180cms long.
