I’m looking for an experienced garage door technician to diagnose and repair my garage door. The door opens and closes smoothly by hand, so the rollers, tracks and door itself appear to move freely. When operated by the motor, the door opens normally until about 70%. Beyond that, it starts rubbing on the left side and the curtain begins to overlap/misalign on the drum. If it continues opening, the curtain bunches up instead of wrapping evenly. I initially thought it was an opener limit issue, but after testing, it appears the problem is more likely related to the door alignment, drum, tracks or cable adjustment. The opener is a HomeEntry HERDO1. Looking for someone who can: * Diagnose the cause. * Correct the door alignment/tracking. * Check the drum, cables and tracks. * Adjust the opener limits if required. * Ensure the door opens and closes all the way down to up, smoothly without overlapping and scraping

Would like a quote on creating a slab for a garden shed 2.25 m wide by 3.75 m long referred to image attached as part of the shed placement would be over existing concrete. Access to area is a wide concrete path,no steps. If possible please quote for supply cement and without. Thanks

We require one fluoro light changed and several downlights changed. We also require ceiling tiles changed out for clean ones where there is damage (this would be via changing in clean ceiling tiles for the bad ones). Fix something in the backyard

I imported an awning which is 3.2m wide and 2.4 meter out. I want it installed on my wall. The wall structure won't support it without timber work on ceiling rafts. It's 75 kg weight. Only apply if you've professionally done such work before. It requires awning expertise with ceiling rafts . No amateur please.

To install roller blinds to 11 windows, some are medium size, some are small. Please see attached photos.

I need various tasks done please: 1. Installing a washing machine. Unfortunately the slot provided in this place does not have the necessary holes to pass power, inlet and outlet drainage to the sink drainage pipe port. This needs to be done. I did not buy the extension cord yet, nor clamps I rather let someone who has done these things get it from a Bunnings nearby. 2. Installation of extension cord with cable management that runs over the door in the garage. 3. Table shelf and drawer set needs to go upstairs. I've dismounted it into two pieces but it needs to go upstairs and then mounted. I plan to have more things done of I find a good handy person in the future. 🙂

I got home after 2 weeks of being away and found the pantry door/door frame in the condition as per photos. A lot said maybe rat couldve done it but i dunno. I am currently living on a rental house and due to vacate soon. I dont want to return the property with this issue so I am hoping someone could help me here?
