Painting 3 doors and door frames and 3 window frames plus a few walls with oil paint in Jacana Thanks everyone for the quotes, however we would prefer to receive an hourly quote because we had already got someone to do the painting, however they injured themselves and could not complete it, so there will be odd jobs around the house. Doors, door frames and window frames have already been undercoated, only one last coat with the oil paint is required. There could be other things I am not aware of, like it may not be a bit a good finish and need to touch up on other windows and doors so we don't want to use you for free. Please charge per hour. Paint will be supplied

We have a door at our rental property leading into the backyard and it does not fully close causing it to not lock. The door is wooden and so it might be the wood has bent over time however not exactly sure. Right now it is locked as I’ve created a quick solution using cardboard to reduce space between frame and locking mechanism. If you can figure out the core reason and solve that then even better. Also I’ll require you to pickup and drop off keys from real estate agent who is 5 minutes drive from property in Glenroy. See photos attached
