My front screen door has somehow come off hinges, the screws look to be broken. I need a handyman to please fix this. The pictures are the top and middle hinge.

Hi, I need a Westinghouse vented dryer installed/mounted above my washing machine in my laundry. There is already a power point behind/above the washer. I need someone experienced to safely mount the dryer to the wall, check the wall/studs, use the correct brackets/fixings, and make sure it is secure and level. Hi, I need a RING door bell installed and hard wired on the RHS of my front door to replace the doorbell I had to remove to install a new security door. I also need the hole patched where the original doorbell was removed.

Recent water leak in wall. Plumber had to cut plaster wall. Hole in storage cupboard in hallway. New plaster to be cut to size and put in. Dimensions roughly 800mm x 800mm plus a small hole above shelf roughly 160mm x 100 mm. Large plaster hole has potential for new plaster to be glued to timber structure in wall. Shelf to be installed again.
