I have a small plaster repair and paint touch-up job in Airport West. A MyZone air conditioning wall controller is currently still mounted on the wall but it has been fully disconnected. It was temporarily placed back over a large hole in the plaster. Scope of work: • Remove the disconnected MyZone wall controller. • Patch and plaster the rectangular hole behind it (approximately 90–100mm x 60mm). • Sand and prepare the wall so the repair is flush and smooth. • Paint the repaired section to match the existing wall (I have the original paint available). • Touch up paint around a return air vent where a smaller vent has been installed, leaving visible edges of the previous opening. Photos attached. Looking for someone experienced in plaster patching so the repair blends with the existing wall.

I have 16x roller blinds that I need 10mm cut off the width and 200mm cut of the length. I am located in Airport West but happy to bring them to a factory/ workshop.

Metal cord has broken and come off roller blind mechanism. Needs new cord or maybe fix of old (255cm long) and to be put onto rolling mechanism.
