Hang 2 heavy-ish Canvas Paintings *These will be hung on the same walls after patching *Require secure fixings appropriate for plasterboard (stud mounting where possible) *Must be level and properly spaced Hang Lightweight Wall Clock *Not heavy *Requires suitable hook/bracket to be supplied (can purchase from Bunnings and include in quote). There's a hook on the wall already, but the wrong type. Hang Heavy 1m Round Mirror Approx 1m diameter *Very heavy *Must be securely installed with appropriate heavy-duty mounting system *There is a powerpoint and TV aerial plate on this wall — unsure if this will affect how flush the mirror sits *Installer must assess and advise on safest method Flexible on timing but would like completed within the next 2 weeks.

The handle hole fits the handle but the latch hole is slightly too small, and also need to be chiseled to fit and the strike box need to be chiseled as well to new rectangle shape, current one is semi-circular Handyman required only. We handle bought new door handles and its accessories.

Fix few things. Shower in ensuite is dripping. Hit water pressure in main bathroom is low. Few Door locks to be fixed.
