I have a dog door that is large-ish that I want to reduce the size of.

Garage door does not lock properly. Need someone to supply and install new side locks with new steel cable, do some welding to securely fix the locks, and extend the door stop on one side to ensure proper locking and alignment.

A section of my Alloy & PVC stormwater downpipe has come loose and fallen off the side of the house. I need someone experienced to reattach and secure it properly to the wall and ensure correct water flow. The roller shutter is closed and won’t open. There is power to it. Sounds like a ‘ chug’’ won’t ‘catch’ as it tries to open.
