Hi, I need a hole in my garage ceiling plasterboard patched and painted. A plumbing issue was recently accessed and fixed through this section, so the area is safe to close up now. Scope of work: Cut back damaged plasterboard to nearest frame/batten Install new plasterboard patch, stop and set (level 4/5 finish) Sand smooth ready for paint Paint to match existing ceiling (white, standard finish) Reinstate any insulation/battens if needed Photos of the damage attached. Hole is roughly [give approx size, e.g. 60cm x 40cm — adjust to actual]. Located in the garage ceiling, single storey, ladder access should be fine (no scaffolding needed). Looking for someone with plastering/handyman experience who can provide a fixed quote before starting. Happy to have a look before booking if needed.

Need rendering of house facade

Hi, we have a 1.5m long wall which kicks out about 5-10mm at the top centre. It's in the entry way and I'm concerned it will be obvious when sighting the cornice. Looking for someone to take the edge off this kick at the top of the wall by feathering it out. Have it priced at $100 as I'm guessing it will only take an experienced plasterer 30minutes. I will do the sanding or fixing of any blemishes later to save you having to come back. I'm located in Altona. Im a chippy and have been doing the plastering here myself using all-purpose ready-mix so you can use our stuff if it's easier, given its just a small job.
