Two power points needed, one at the front of the house (inside) and another behind a mounted tv. Double story house but both points are on the ground floor. Tv mount point is directly above an existing power point, the point at the front of the house is backing onto the fuse box and quite close to an existing power point as well

I’ve already got the tv mount in the wall but it keeps coming out so obviously I haven’t done it correctly. I need some concrete anchors to be put in I think or else the tv will fall off the wall

2 jobs) The bathroom door in my clinic has a soft close hinge that is not soft closing and is also coming off the wall. The screws are coming out of the wood and there is nothing there to grip on to. (see photos). I would like someone to fit the screws properly and also see if they can make the hinge actually soft closing. The porcelain cover was taken off the bathroom sink a while back and I can't get it back on, so I would like someone to get it back on (see photos)
