Finish the installation of a new bidet, basically just fitting the water line T section and routing the waterline.

Gardener or handyman to Install and configure 2 Hoselink garden tap timers and Wi-Fi gateway. Existing outdoor old timers to be removed. I have purchased the attached Hoselink timers. Need physical installation of the new timers, app setup on my phone and testing.

We require the shower head and shower taps (see photo) capped off/removed over bathtub (keeping bath taps and spout as functional).

When the hot and cold taps are fully turned off the shower head still leaks hot water. Suspect a washer requires replacement, but requires route cause analysis and resolution

Both shower heads leak so thinking probably the washer in one or both taps needs replacing

We will supply 2 vanities. We need a licenced plumber to install a small 400mm wall Mounted vanity in a bathroom where there is currently a toilet and shower but no vanity. Labour needs to include connecting the vanity to water and waste and also mounting the vanity to the wall. Access underneath this part of the house is very easy. You can stand also the wall is accessible from the outside of the house The second vanity is for the main bathroom and can be connected to existing plumbing. The vanity should just fit in within the existing plumbing as is a freestanding cupboard vanity. Labour needs to include removal of existing basin. Both vanities need to have mixer installed.

Fox or replace garden tap - it’s no longer turning off

I need to replace the leaky tap in our front yard. I’ve purchased a replacement tap but can’t get the old tap off. I’ve tied forcing it but don’t want to break it. The main thing I need is for someone to get the old tap off without breaking the pipe. In the photos you can see the old tap that’s attached to the side of our house plus the new replacement tap
