You can stand also the wall is accessible from the outside of the house The second vanity is for the main bathroom and can be connected to existing plumbing. The vanity should just fit in within the existing plumbing as is a freestanding cupboard vanity. Labour needs to include removal of existing basin. Both vanities need to have mixer installed.
