Task description: We require a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a bath/shower mixer where the water is not diverting correctly to the shower outlet. The bathroom basin tap has normal water flow, however at the bath/shower mixer the water appears to remain predominantly through the bath spout, with little or no proper flow being diverted to the shower. The issue is suspected to be related to the mixer/diverter cartridge, internal blockage, sediment buildup or a faulty diverter mechanism. Scope of works: * Attend the property and inspect the bath/shower mixer and diverter. * Test the hot and cold water supply and water pressure. * Remove and inspect the mixer/diverter cartridge where required. * Clean out any sediment, mineral buildup or blockage. * Repair or replace the cartridge/diverter if defective. * Check the shower outlet and shower head for any secondary blockage. * Test the shower and bath operation after completion. * Leave the work area clean and tidy. * Provide before and after photos. Preference is to repair or replace the internal cartridge/diverter first rather than replacing the entire mixer, where reasonably possible. If the complete mixer needs to be replaced, please provide a quotation and obtain approval before proceeding with additional works.

Have purchased new bathroom taps and shower head, needs to be installed. One toilet is leaking, need assistance stopping leak. Another toilets head needs to be rescrewed on properly. Preference is a qualified plumber.

My toilet is blocked up and won’t flush after 30-50 mins it eventually drains but when we use the kitchen sink in the next room the toilet begins to overflow bad flooding the laundry. Definitely appears to be a drainage issue

Need two shower head installed. Must also drill holes on tiles to install the unit. Also need to remove water valve restriction if unit has it. Must take out old shower unit and replace with the new shower unit I purchased.
